2025 AVMX - Membership

2025 Annual Membership - This membership is valid for riding at the Westlock facility and for the race season. You must purchase an annual individual or family pass. Costs from this membership assist the club in operating the track

$150 yearly membership/rider for 18 years and older or under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian (with proof of guardianship) present at all times during AVMX events. Failure to comply will result in disqualification from participation without exception.

$300 yearly family membership for immediate family members. (for parents and children under 18 residing within the same household).

* Full Membership -Open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested at any time via government-issued identification.

* Family Membership - You will be REQUIRED to fill out a waiver for each rider.

* When completing the Family Membership, we will contact you with further instructions. *** You will be REQUIRED to fill out a waiver form for each rider.***

** Each rider and support staff person, including all those in the pits or gates NEED to complete a waiver.**

We will send you an email with waivers for you and your family members to sign, if required. You must return it to us to activate your membership card. Please email all completed waivers to membershipdirector@aotmx.ca

Please note: track usage is based on the honor system and does not have any staff working on site. You will be emailed a gate code that remains private to members only. Trespassers will be prosecuted. We will have day passes available at www.aotmx.ca for members who want to invite friends. Video surveillance is used 24/7 at the track.

AVMX Volunteer Agreement

As a member of AVMX, I understand and agree to the minimum volunteer requirements set by the club. These requirements are put in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable racing experience for all participants.

Volunteer Requirements:

Every racer over the age of 14 is required to flag 1 shift for every 2 days raced. (including +60 Riders).

Members are required to flag the moto blocks they have signed up for and must be at the flagging area before the first moto in that block starts.

Consequences of not meeting volunteer requirements:

• If volunteer requirements are not met throughout the year, memberships may be suspended at any time during the race year.

• The suspended membership will not be reinstated until future flagging responsibilities have been discussed and arranged.
